Return/ withdrawal from the contract
A consumer who has entered into a remote contract has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason by making a statement to that effect in writing within 14 days (legal basis: "Articles 27, 28, 29, 31, 37 and 38 of the Consumer Rights Act). This period is a deadline and is calculated from the date of delivery of the goods. To meet this deadline it is sufficient to send a statement before its expiration to: shop@teaoria.com
The return should be made immediately, no later than within 14 days. The purchased goods should be returned to the address of our store and the cost of return is paid by the Buyer.
Returns should be sent to the address of Teaoria, 29 Stawowa Street, 43-303 Bielsko-Biala, after prior notification by e-mail: shop@teaoria.com
The returned product should be delivered to the Store together with the proof of purchase and a completed GOODS RETURN form.
Within 14 days from the date of receipt from the Consumer of the statement of withdrawal from the contract, we will return to the consumer all payments made by him (in accordance with Article 32 of the Law on Consumer Rights).
The goods should be in intact condition.
