Cold brew tea - learn the secret of the best iced tea

Cold brew tea is cold-brewed tea, i.e. tea soaked in water at room temperature or cold for a long time (up to 24 hours). The process of steeping the tea leaves is done slowly, using time rather than temperature to release the flavors. Cold brewing tea is a practice that originates in Japan. Thanks to this form of 'brewing', the tea is sweeter, contains more vitamins and antioxidants and less caffeine.
