Natural green tea contains vitamins B1, B2, B5, K, PP, C, K, E and minerals: magnesium, calcium, iron, sodium, copper, phosphorus, manganese, fluorine, silicon, iodine. Contains polyphenols, amino acids, lecithin and coumarins. Green tea has moderate levels of caffeine. Depending on how strong the tea is, there may be 25 - 40 mg of caffeine per approximately 240 ml.
